Last Christmas we went to New York and stayed at Holiday Inn. This hotel isn't as good as other luxurious hotels in the city. This hotel is for those who want to save their money. From my experience, the check-in is a bit uncomfortable. The room is so small and the sofas are so "antique". The restaurant is so dark and "antique" too. After that we took an elevator to our room. The elevator - once again - is so "antique". You can hear the creaking sound in the elevator. Creeps me out! The corridor is so quiet and absolutely not peaceful! Our room is small, just as we expected. The beds aren't too comfortable. The bathroom is very small. I even don't have enough space to take a bath. The beds are small and the TV is a bit fuzzy. The next day we went to the tour-desk and we took a city tour around New York. The staff is good. The services in this hotel are just like other "less luxurious" hotels in the city. The location about the hotel isn't so good, and it's too far from Empire State Building and the Statue of Liberty. But Rockefeller Center is near the hotel. I suggest for those who want to save their money and don't care about the luxury to stay in this hotel.
