Holiday Inn Midtown 57th St Hotel

I had an amazing stay here at this hotel. The staff were always there to help and always had a smile on their faces.

Everything was okay, with the exception of the air conditioning. I even called ahead and said that I would not accept a room where the a/c did not adequately work... and when I arrived, had to have the a/c serviced. My travel agent even called ahead and said we wanted to be certain that we had a room that had a/c. Other than that, all was fine. Close to everything.

The Hotel is well located near Central Park, Columbus Circle, Time Warner Centre, Broadway and Time Square. A metro station is a short walk away. Room size is comfortable. The Bathrooms are small and the plumbing is old but manageable. It is ideal for family visiting New York for tourism.

This hotel offers larger than average rooms, they're clean and well furnished. The linen was crisp white and clean. I'd have no problem with staying here again, and found the staff to be polite and helpful. It's quite near Central Park and on a bus and subway route.

I love it because I had fun. I was in the bar, it was a good experience. Cool people there.
