Holiday Inn Michigan City Hotel - Page 1

I thought the room was a bit pricey compared to the other local hotels in the area.

The rooms have a nice view, the hotel has a big parking lot and a friendly, knowledgeable staff.

It was as expected. But I always think that Holiday Inn can do better.

We stayed in a suite with the most comfortable bed we have ever had at a hotel. The staff was very nice. But the same piece of hard candy was on the floor under the desk for the entire five days we were there. All in all, it was a good experience better than Embassy Suites.

This hotel made me feel respected: As we were convention coordinators, the front desk was very responsive and accommodating with our requests. It was very helpful.

The rooms are OK, I found a dead cockroach in the plastic glasses that were there for drinking water, which obviously was a put off. The night front desk person was very courteous, but the morning person, wow, nothing to say about that person. It’s average for a Holiday Inn.
