MAN LET ME TELL YOU! THIS HOTEL IS NOT WORTH SHIT! I WILL NEVER EVER RETURN! I WILL NEVER GO EVEN IF I WAS POOR AND THEY OFFERED IT TO ME FOR FREE! THIS HOTEL IS NOT EVEN A ONE IS A 0! THEY ONLY HAVE 2 ELEVATORS ONE WHICH DOES NOT WORK THE OTHER WHICH TAKES 15 MINS TO COME NO JOKE AND THERE WAS A TIME WHEN THEY BOTH HAD BROKE SO WE HAD TO TAKE THE EMPLOYEES ELEVATOR! THE CUSTOMER SERVICE SUCKS! I CALLED FOR A BLANKET 5 TIMES BEFORE I GOT ONE WHICH TOOK 2 HOURS! THE MANAGER IS SO MEAN AND RUDE! THE EMPLOYEES THERE THINK THEY ARE BETTER THEN OTHER PEOPLE WHEN THEY ARE NOTHING! THE FOOD THERE IS NASTY AND ITS SO MUCH MONEY! IM TELLING YOU THIS HOTEL IS NOT WORTH NOTHING! BY THE WAY IF U DONT HAVE A CAR AND PLANNING TO WALK SOME WHERE BE PREPARED TO WALK FAR THEY GOT NOTHING AROUND THEM! I WOULD NEVER RECCOMAND THIS TO ANYONE. ACTUALLY MY WHOLE FAMILY WAS GOING TO STAY THERE AND I TOLD THEM TO SAVE THERE MONEY! YOU DONT EVEN GET A FRIDGE U HAVE TO PAY FOR ONE! AND THEY CHARGE U 70 DOLLARS WHEN U CHECK IN SO IF U USE ANYTHING THEY TAKE YOUR MONEY IF U DONT THEN WHEN U CHECK OUT IT WILL GO BACK TO YOUR CARD! BUT PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE LISTEN JUST BECAUSE SOME OF THE OTHER REVIEWS ARE GOOD DOES NOT MEAN ITS TRUE THE MANGER CAN JUST GO POST THOSE OR SOME OF THE EMPLOYEES BECAUSE OF ALL THE BAD ONES THEY GET! THEY ALSO PROBALBY DELETE THE BAD ONES! IF UR READING DONT EVER GO HERE! IT LOOKS NICE IN THE PICTURES BUT ITS REALLY NOT! THANKS FOR READING!

I booked this hotel through Priceline and it was FANTASTIC! I would go back in a heartbeat. I got an excellent price for the room, it was clean, great amenities and very friendly staff. The one and only issue is that the elevator is very slow and not very reliable. Other than that, I can't say enough good things about my stay at the Holiday Inn Miami Beach. Sure, the parking situation is not ideal, but it is the same everywhere in Miami. Parking is very difficult and expensive. That is one of the downsides of the entire city, but this hotel had valet parking for about $20 a day and it was reliable and quick.

The pool is beautiful and it is right on the ocean. We had a wonderful stay and would easily recommend this hotel to anyone.

This is the worst hotel I ever stayed during the past 20 years. I cannot find words to explain this horrible experience. Nothing works in this hotel.

Bad service and bad service. Some of the most rudest people I have ever known. They must really don't like their job. Check in was horrible the lady seems as if i was in her way or she did not want to be bothered, and the manager was a complete B@#CH. The worst service ever. The bellman did not let us use his cart, the security guard was more of a p@ssy then a cat. HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE! HORRIBLE! HORRIBLE!
