They changed their long-term parking and didn’t notify us about it.

This hotel made me feel secure: There were people or employees all around and the doors were locked at all times. There was a doorman at the front lobby door.

They gave us a room with one bed and there were four of us. They replaced our room with a room containing two beds, so that was nice. The gym was like a sauna, but the lobby was very, very nice, and so was the staff.

This hotel made me feel welcome: Greeting staff were very friendly, however the reservations weren't read so I got the wrong room. The air conditioner sounded like there was a diesel truck in my room. I complained and the next evening they said it was repaired, but it was worse!
