Holiday Inn Metroplex Hotel - Page 1

This hotel is absolutly horrible. The hallways were disgusting; food everywhere. It looks like they never cleaned it before. Elevators were loud, dirty and moldy. The rooms weren't that bad, although they did need to be cleaned better. The water in the showers only come out cold or might not work at all. The rooms smelt werid. The bar had dust on the cups (tells you how many people get a drink there). The nightclub/comedy club no longer exists. Watch your kids very close, the people are very werid. Someone got arrested when I was there. I suggest you look into another hotel, because you will be very disgusted if you say at the Metroplex (not a holiday inn)

Found out they were no longer a Holiday Inn when I gave them my Priority Club number. Still stayed there but should have left. The room was fairly clean and odor free but everything was very old and needed repair. The hallways were filthy.

I had a very nice two night stay for my friend's Home Interiors Rally. The room was very nice and the service was good. I would recommend it if someone asked about it.

This hotel made me feel welcome: Check in service was smooth and efficient. The room was comfortable and well prepared and if we needed anything, the service was prompt and efficient.

The hotel lobby was nice. But, when you leave the lobby, the hallways were dirty and the rooms were also dirty. The bathrooms had dirt around the tops of the molding. The room smelled like it needed to be aired out. The carpet was also not very clean. The rooms need to be upgraded. I was supposed to stay two nights but could not stay a second night in the hotel, but I still had to pay for the second night anyway. I got no refund. It’s not a very nice hotel, and I will never stay there again!

The hotel's location was good. The comfort provided was standard. Service was above average.
