The hotel is in a great location -- across from the University and close to many of the Memphis attractions. It's a very clean, comfortable facility and has a knowledgeable staff. It's a great place to stay.

The restaurant service and prices were the worst I have ever had the privilege of using. I have worked in a hotel before, so I know the kind of prices you can encounter, but this was ridiculous.

The staff was rude and a housekeeper stole money out of the room of another person in my party.

The front desk staff was extremely rude and went out of their way to be unfriendly and unhelpful. I also witnessed them being rude to people on the phone, assuming they bothered to answer the phone at all.

This hotel made me feel relaxed: I liked the pool, hot tub, and exercise room.

The employees at this hotel, go out of there way to make sure your stay is very pleasant. They try to do everything you ask. It’s a great staff.

This hotel made me feel pampered: I liked the maid service, the dining room employees and front desk employees. I also liked meeting the services manager.

This hotel made me feel comfortable: The accommodations were comfortable.

This hotel made me feel welcome: They have pleasant employees and great facilities.
