The first floor "walk-in shower" room had stained carpet around the bed suggesting that the room may have been less than clean. The room had an unpleasant odor...not very impressive.

We stayed at the New Holiday Inn in Melbourne-Viera last weekend and cannot say enough about the the beautiful facility and gracious staff. You truley recieve more than your monies worth at this hotel. There is no point in trying to find another...
The hotel has been completely renovated and is in great shape. My wife and I spent Memorial Weekend with our 2 children and had a great time. Coming from Orlando the hotel is located at I-95 and exit 191 making it located close to everything. ...

The outside of the hotel looked very nice and a higher quality.I was given a handicapped roomed and the bathroom was filthy. I would not stay at this hotel again. They said this hotel was renovated, but does not really look like it.

King size bed was very comfortable.Elevator took too long to pick you up. Clean rooms and public areas, friendly accommodating staff. Bed was extremely comfortable.

It had all the amenities I was looking for in a hotel.There was construction going on and pool had debris in it. Overall it was a nice place to stay and reasonably priced. I think they could do a little better with making things like coffee, etc....

I found it highly suitable for business conference. The hotel is well equipped with amenities needed for the business class and the accommodation was also equally good.
Personal attention was good by the motel staffers.
