23 year old female with a luxury budget, traveling for leisure
If you must have a good night's rest, do not stay here. The mattress in our room was of very poor quality and my husband and I woke up with backaches. Even though we requested it weeks in advance, it took the staff an hour to bring a crib to the room. The worst part is that they told us "it's on its way" when we checked in, and then again 30 minutes afterwards. They advertise the hotel is newly remodeled or updated, but we found it overall very strange and '70s. The furniture in the room was not at all comfortable, and I would not let my daughter crawl on the floor because the carpets were very old. The breakfast was a surprise though, I must admit. It was a buffet-style breakfast with eggs, beans, toast, fruit, coffee, and cereal if you liked. They even had high chairs. Another perk of this area is that there is an Olive Garden right next door and a hospital across the street.
