NA.Dirty. Best Western - not a hotel, more poor than a motel. Old facility, smell bad, dirty, you sleep with little flies, red spider with you when you take a shower. The white sheet on your bed is gray, air-conditioning blow dirty dusty air whole...
The indoor pool was very nice and open until 11pm, perfect for a quick swim before bed. The fitness room was very modern and loaded with Lysol wipes and clean towels. The room was beautiful, The furniture was so modern and the bathroom tile looks like cermanic tiles. The microwave and mini frig also came in handy. The shower head gives you lots of water pressure, and there is a pillow menu. You can order different types of pillows depending on if you are a side sleeper, sleep on your back, ect. I fully enjoyed our stay and the fact the hotel is pet frendly. I recommend it strongly to any travelers.

Nice, neat, and clean.There was nothing that I disliked about this hotel. Hotel was nice, neat, and clean. Personnel friendly and helpful. Pool in nice condition. Plenty of towels poolside.

Tanya. We checked in late and checked out early, stayed one night. The rooms are great. The motel is in the process of remodeling, but it wasn't too bad. Our room was beatiful. Great bed and nice bathroom with marble like counters and shower. The restaurant looked great, but we did not get a chance to enjoy it. When we arrived there was a line of people checking in, but it went real fast for the amount of people.
I am very likely
to return to the Holiday Inn Martinsburg.
I would definitely recommend it to friends.

Horrible a/c never worked properly. This place was nice at first until when im getting ready for bed and i realize when you want the a/c on it doesnt stay on but 1 minute than cutts off every second or two. Ridiculous, they should have stuck with the older a/c units. This wasnt just in one room which I had hoped for, the room I stayed in after that had the same problem. Why have a thermostat temp to set how cold you want it when through out the whole day it never cools down to that because he shuts off about 100 times through the night....not exagerating.
I am not likely
to return to the Holiday Inn Martinsburg.
I would not recommend it to friends.
