Holiday Inn Mankato Downtown Motel - Page 1

I absolutely love the location of this property. Near by everything that brings me to Mankato. The staff is friendly as well. Their meeting room facilities are higher priced than what I am typically used to and the rooms could benefit from a deep cleaning. During my last stay, there was ashes found in my sink after room service had came through (non-smoking room/weren't there when I left) and they missed my wake-up call. When I notified the front desk that they missed the call they weren't surprised said they were sorry they did an upgrade through the night and no calls went out. Full service hotel? Send a bell hop to knock on doors than maybe?

The hotel was very comfortable and the rooms were spacious. The staff was accommodating of most requests. The staff was not accommodating regarding our requests for longer pool time, even though almost every room in the hotel was booked for the same convention.

This hotel made me feel comfortable: The rooms were spacious and the linen was of a higher quality than in many hotels.

I typically enjoy staying at most Holiday Inn properties.

Everything was just fine.

It was fine, we were there for one night only.
