It’s in a great location, and if you want to be treated like a New Yorker (indifferently, or poorly) stay here. The staff would not make the effort to make eye contact, much less comply with simple requests. Our room service coffee never arrived, the staff argued over transport, the restaurant breakfast order was inaccurate and we were nearly late for a wedding while the staff argued.
Don't stay here.
