Their employees could use a vacation. They seem under-cared for by their employers.
All the elevators frequently did not work.
This hotel made me feel secure: The security staff impressed me. The elevator required room key to operate.
There were errors in the bill, errors in the reservation, but reasonable prices. Poor quality furnishings. No bugs.
This was the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. The elevators were inoperable with the exception of a service elevator and one other which was filled to capacity and over. The stairwell doors were locked which made it impossible to get to the ground floor.
Great place. Great value. Wonderful staff.
The first night the people were very loud.
Everything was as I expected. I chose this hotel because it is in walking distance from the LA Convention Center.
People stay in hotels to sleep at night, because of the entire situation, location, comfort, etc. I couldn't sleep.
Not a good experience. The elevators frequently did not work!
