Stay Away

They canceled without telling me

I made a reservation through Holiday Inn's website last fall for a convention this summer and received a confirmation e-mail. I found out a few weeks ago that the hotel canceled my reservation and did not inform me, either by phone or e-mail.

I only found out now by happening to call to confirm. It would have been bad to show up and only be told then that they decided to cancel my reservation without telling me. The hotel staff was rude and didn't even call to explain when they said that they would. I would never make a reservation with a hotel that may decide at any time to cancel it and not tell me.

The hotel was great. There was a problem with placing charges on the wrong credit card. But the problem was resolved. One problem was only limited parking was available for hotel guests.

I am very likely to return to the Holiday Inn Los Angeles City Center.
I would definitely recommend it to friends.

The location was great as we were attending a function at the LA Convention Center. Service is what one would expect from Holiday Inn.

I am somewhat likely to return to the Holiday Inn Los Angeles City Center.
I might recommend it to friends.

I have found that the Holiday Inn was very good, at a recent stay in Buffalo, NY. The free breakfast was excellent and I was disappointed that the Holiday Inn in LA did not offer any kind of breakfast.

I am very likely to return to the Holiday Inn Los Angeles City Center.
I would definitely recommend it to friends.
