It was a wonderful experience.

The staff, including the front desk, the restaurant hostess and the bartender, all were very friendly, helpful and very professional! It is a great hotel for special events. The food, the service, the atmosphere, the staff and the amenities made us feel we were in a four-star resort!

This hotel made me feel content: The level of service and professionalism of the staff at the Holiday Inn Lockport hotel rivals or exceeds any I have encountered in any other hotel chain. We were immediately relaxed and knew all our needs would be met without problem.

The rooms were large and accommodated free Internet access. The pool was nice, but lacked a jacuzzi.

This hotel made me feel respected: The rooms were very clean and spacious. The front desk was accommodating about extending the pool hours for us.

This hotel seems to be in a central location in the city. It's a reconditioned Best Western. I would probably stay there again.

i was here in 2004 when i needed an inexpensive place to stay the staffwoman at the desk was so snoty and irritable that when we asked her how much it was with AARP membership she said at 10% your cost is 129.00 a day and we called up and found out she was lying so we went to the Lockport INN down the road it was only 63.00 aday with inroom coffee free videos and coffee in the office in the morning plus a free local morning paper. we ended up staying 4 days instead of 1.
