What good does it do to spend millions on a renovation when you forget to TRAIN YOUR EMPLOYEES??? I was awakened at 3:30am when two people left the building after conversing loudly outside my door....and again at 7am when several employees laughed and joked outside my other door. (The handicapped room has a second door, opening to the service hallway where maids and janitors get supplies and do laundry. I don't know if other rooms have a second door, too.) Apparently no attempt was made during renovation to SOUNDPROOF the rooms, nor to teach employees to be QUIET.

When making reservations, I had hoped to make use of the indoor pool, but it's unenclosed and surrounded by guest rooms....so pool hours are only 10-9, closing shortly after I arrived in the evening.

Aside from my terrible night's sleep, I found the hotel to be immaculate, tasteful, and the breakfast fantastic (hot & cold, a very wide selection, all delicious). Their cook should be commended.

Most travelers spend the night before their flight at a motel near the airport because they have to be at the airport early in the morning. That was the case when we and several others spent a night at the Holiday Inn Little Rock Airport. We were surprised and dismayed to discover there would be no continental breakfast available before we got on the shuttle at 6:00 a.m. for the airport. We stayed at another airport motel the next time that had the breakfast available at 4:30 a.m. The room, actually a suite, was even cheaper.

The hotel is easily accessible from the expressway. The staff is very professional and willing to provide assistance to correct a problem with your room. The Bobbie Sox restaurant serves a price quality breakfast. I do highly recommend this location to anyone traveling to Little Rock. Arkansas.

This hotel made me feel comfortable: I was greeted as though I was welcome to be there. The bellman asked if I need help with my luggage and directed me to the check-in counter. The staff was very polite and asked if I was enjoying my stay each time I visited a different area in the hotel.

My experience at Holiday Inn was great. My family had to stay there unexpectedly due to snow and ice on the roadway. The restaurant was very nice and the food was great.

It's a great hotel with a great staff. They all did a fine job.

This hotel made me feel relaxed: The staff was always willing to help.
