The hotel needed remodeling, the carpet was tearing up on few places and a table lamp did not even work.

I liked the look of the hotel on the outside. They had a good continental breakfast and space to eat it in. The room itself, however, had an old uncomfortable bedspread. It smelled funny, too.

There was nothing to highlight my stay.

There was nothing special. It was a little overpriced, but it was predictable and met minimum requirement.

My room had two beds, one had a visible plywood plank under the box spring, and the other one needed something like plywood under the box spring. Both beds were uncomfortable. Since the plywood was there under one of them, management must have been aware of the situation. The visible plywood gave me the impression that the facility was not willing to make an effort to correct the problem, just cover it up in the short term. I would not be staying with these folks again.
