Good
Location was nice for the activities planned for our trip. Hotel was okay in terms of cleanliness. Had a nice pool/activities area. Did not like the location of our room - across from vending & ice, which made it very noisy. Also, two of the 4...

Mediocre
This hotel was one of the worst Holiday Inns that I have stayed in. The rooms were unclean (my family's room had dog poop left on the ground when we arrived). The dining room had a wide menu, but (even when no one was there) it took them 2 hours to...

Okay
I certainly thought they charged a lot for a room with stained carpeting, paint peeling on the bathroom ceiling, and a rusty toilet paper holder. There was no fridge that I've found in other motels that didn't charge this much. For the price, they...

The room was beautiful, comfortable, and clean. It was slightly noisy, I could hear neighboring room and hallway conversations. The bathroom was clean but small. The staff was very friendly.
The room was well arranged, with lighting options for working, for relaxing, and for getting ready. The bathroom was well arranged with convenient placement of towels, outlets, coffee maker, etc.
I am very likely
to return to the Holiday Inn Lexington-North.
I would definitely recommend it to friends.

I'm a Platinum Priority Club member. Upon check in I did not receive the "best for breakfast" coupons that were purchased. When told where my room was, I had to walk to the very back of the hotel. My driver, also a Platinum Priority Club member did not receive his coupons and could not open his door with his key card, he walked back to the front desk, and key card was re-keyed but did not work. We were told that the hotel was full and that is why rooms were not closer to the restaurant or front desk, which was not true. The parking lot was quite vacant for a Monday night. There was no breakfast bar in the morning and I had to wait 5 to 10 minutes to be seated at a table, (waitress's were in the back talking, I could hear them) They need to not spend so much time behind the wall in the restaurant.
Good point: The bar had excellent service and the fried catfish was great, at the bar. Other then that I do not recommend staying here and will not return.
