I always have a good experience at Best Western hotels. I have no complaints about them.

I am very likely to return to the Holiday Inn Laurel West.
I would definitely recommend it to friends.

31 year old male with a moderate budget, traveling for business

Molding was duct taped to the walls, the place was very cold, it took all night for my room to warm up with the heater, and every day I came back the heater was turned off again, so I had to wait all night for the room to warm back up.

I am somewhat likely to return to the Holiday Inn Laurel West.
I would not recommend it to friends.

This hotel made me feel pampered: Their service was prompt, courteous, and inquired always if we needed anything.
