The hotel was dated. The rooms were a little noisy at night. The beds were not comfortable. The location was easy to get to and convenient to shopping and dining.

I am somewhat likely to return to the Holiday Inn Lansing West.
I might recommend it to friends.

I liked the location because I was working on that side of Lansing.

I am very likely to return to the Holiday Inn Lansing West.

They have timely and efficient service. The staff is knowledgeable and gracious. The housekeeping is excellent. The location is convenient to where I would be working.

I am very likely to return to the Holiday Inn Lansing West.

We only spent one night. We ate, we swam, we slept and we left. Everything was fine.

The hotel was clean and the staff was courteous. The check in and out process was efficient and easy. I enjoyed the restaurant on site, TGIF.
