It was a standard hotel, just hard to find behind a gas station.

I am very likely to return to the Holiday Inn Lakeland Hotel and Conference Center.
I would definitely recommend it to friends.

The hotel was fine, but it could use a facelift. The shuttle service to Disney did not run as frequently as I would have liked.

I am somewhat likely to return to the Holiday Inn Lakeland Hotel and Conference Center.
I might recommend it to friends.

We were there because of a hurricane. When the power went off, the restaurant personnel were rude, and actually charged us for pastry, water, and snacks. The manager offered to bring me cheese and crackers and a bath mat the first night.

This hotel made me feel practical: Their buffet was skimpy. They didn't provide continental breakfast as advertised; no juice, no pastry, no water--nothing. There was a shortage of towels in the bathroom. There was no battery in the radio. We were there due to a hurricane.

I am not likely to return to the Holiday Inn Lakeland Hotel and Conference Center.
I would not recommend it to friends.
