This has got to be the worst hotel ever. My husband and I arrived with a reservation number on the evening of our stay and were told that we were suppose to arrive 4 days early and that they had no room for us. We then had to forward the confirmation email to the MANAGER, Yan Chung, who was OFF duty in order to PROVE that we in fact had a reservation for that evening. Over an hour later (by then after 10pm in the evening), they then reassured us that they would find us a hotel and pay for the new room. Unfortunately, that is NOT what happened. They did find us a hotel however they REFUSED to pay for it saying that they weren't sure if it was a central booking issue OR if we had changed our reservation prior to arriving. When we found this out, they had another group of eight trying to check in who were having the same exact issue. They had just traveled over 14 hours and were arriving after 11pm at night. I am writing this from a hotel in which we had pay for ourselves, that cost over $250 and we have no guarantee that the Holiday Inn will reimburse us for it. Miss Chung is the worst manager that I have ever dealt with - giving me no assurance that the Holiday Inn will make good for their error. I would never recommend that anyone book their stay here as their is no way to be sure that when you check in their will be a room for you. AVOID IT AT ALL COSTS!
