All Review Photos This property has a great location and even better staff. I stay here every time I visit Krakow. The city center is only a few minute walk and you will find all of the shopping, restaurants, and sight seeing in the city center.

Stayed here a few days on business, excellent location, good breakfast inlcuded in room rate; rooms are very clean, great friendly horel staff; excellent customer service, and tram lines just down the street to all locations.

Great Location so close to the Market Square. The staff was the greatest I have ever experienced. They responded immediately to every question or concern that I had. The room service was very fast and the dinner was excellent.

Lovely hotel in the heart of old town Krakow. The beds and pillows were wonderful! Very comfortable and cozy. Within walking distance to multiple shops, restaurants and scenic areas. Would recommend and would stay here again.
