We stayed at the Holiday Inn Knoxville West as a family. We were all totally satisfied. We slept well. The room was quiet. There were no bugs, that we saw. When we called about a problem we received service in a few minutes. Everybody was very polite, including the house keeping staff. We would deffinitely consider this hotel again when we return to Knoville area.

Excellent
The staff is incredible - I've been staying here for many years, and even when I see new staff members, it's like the senior staff goes out of their way to make sure I'm introduced and taken care of. The hotel is old, yes, but it's very well...
