We held a 2 day conference hear with 120 members and the staff was the best I have ever seen! The rooms were clean and the catered food was terrific. I would recommend this place for a business meeting. Very accomodating people.
Come on priceline... when I hire William Shatner to be my "Price-line ne-go-tia-tor!" I expect a 3 star hotel to be a 3 star hotel. The Holiday Inn in Joliet is NOT a 3-star hotel, so the price I paid, even though it was supposedly cheap...
25 year old female with a moderate budget, traveling for leisure
They pulled a bait-and-switch, which angered me. If you got the AAA discounted room rate, then they did not include the advertised breakfast. The bed was horribly uncomfortable. I would not stay there again.

Hotel just went through a complete renovation. Staff was more than helpful and the lounge/restaurant area was very inviting. Guestrooms were clean and updated.
