62 year old male with a moderate budget, traveling for leisure

We were quite satisfied with the hotel and the service. The one minor problem, a defective TV remote, was quickly taken care of. The restaurant was good and the stay pleasant. We would not hesitate to return to this hotel.

This hotel made me feel respected: We were treated with courtesy.

I am very likely to return to the Holiday Inn Johnstown Gloversville.
I would definitely recommend it to friends.

This hotel is most convenient for our travels to upstate New York. We have stayed at this facility about 20 times over several years. We have had only one or two bad experiences that the hotel corrected to our satisfaction. Although there are less costly properties in the area, we believe this offers the best value.

I am very likely to return to the Holiday Inn Johnstown Gloversville.
I would definitely recommend it to friends.

Service was excellent. The pool needs to be open all day at your own risk. There's nothing to do in town -- they need more attractions to bring people in.
