The room was in excellent shape. The front desk and management were courteous and helpful. I was somewhat disappointed with the service and quality of the hotel restaurant, however. I feel they should extend service hours and expand the menu.
The room was spacious and tastefully decorated. The furniture was extremely nice, and it was a spacious and well-equipped bathroom.

The staff was both friendly and efficient and the rooms were very clean. The Saturday morning service in the restaurant was very slow, however, as they were apparently understaffed. The location is very convenient, as it is just off the I-26 in the heart of Johnson City.
