I was very disappointed with the service and cannot believe our reservations were lost. The room was not very clean at all; the sink was dirty and we had to hook the pipe up to the sink to use it.

Everything was great, except for the television. The brightness on their television set was very dark and it could not be adjusted through the menu on the television itself.
They just treated you with respect and didn't try arguing with you.
