31 year old female with a moderate budget, traveling for leisure
I figured all Holiday Inn's would be the same and I was wrong. The room was dirty. From stains on the carpet and furniture to a revolting brown spot on what should have been clean sheets. The sixth floor window had no screen or safety features to keep someone from falling out and the latch to lock it was broken. The only upside to my stay was a very welcoming, helpful and friendly staff.
