At check in, I was informed that my room contained a king-sized bed and I had requested a double. However, the front desk personnel immediately gave me another room and handled the problem with polite efficiency. This is a great accommodation for a business travel.

The facility problem was attended to and fixed promptly and courteously. My companion and I requested rooms close to each other and this wasn't done to our satisfaction. The lunch buffet could definitely have been better.
