Holiday Inn Hotel and Suites Universal

The location couldn't have been better but the rooms were not what I had hoped for. Our room had a stale smell and was not very clean. There was something brown and sticky all over the mirror, which grossed me out a little. However, this hotels location makes it worth the price.

The hotel was horrible. The room that I was given had black mold all on the walls and two of the pillows on the bed was covered with mold underneath the pillowcase. Management offered me free breakfast as an accomodation for this disgrace. A number of my family members complained about the filth and water leaks in their rooms. My suggestion is that this hotel be refurbished before anyone is let in the door.

I received a free upgrade from a regular room to a suite. Although physically connected, the restaurant was really far from the main building.

I would think twice about using them. The hotel was not really what I was expecting.

It has a great location with a restaurant next door. Parking is tight and hard to find. They need more spaces for Priority Club members.
