My bed was broken and leaned to one side. I felt I was sleeping upside down because it leaned so bad. The vent didn't work in the bathroom so when taking a shower it was extremely hot. You had to get out if the restroom let it cool down then go back in. We had to beg to get our room cleaned, they finally cleaned it the last night I stayed. They were always out if clean towels and there was only one nice person there.
