Tim was Excellent!!!! The rooms were nice. Pool area was clean!!! The waitress in the resturant needs to understand whats ok to say to guest she is serving.

The rooms booked were not held for our parties. The restaurant was closed at lunch for meeting. The general staff and management attitudes were significantly deficient for business.

The staff is always very friendly and welcoming. The rooms are clean and pillows and mattresses have been upgraded. Very comfortable sleep. The only complaint that I have for this hotel is that the Green Mile Restaurant that is on site had a terrible staff. We ended up walking out of the restaurant before we even got to order after waiting 20 minutes to place our order. But the hotel is wonderful. A+.

It was a bit of a pain to get there due to traffic, but the stay itself was great. We ate in the Green Mill restaurant, which is part of the hotel and we had a nice meal. Also, the staff was really pleasant and got me an extra firm pillow.
The nice restaurant and the variety of pillows made me feel pampered.
