Excellent
Beautiful view!Pool need to be more organized. This hotel was clean and quiet. The only problem was that hotel guests would "save" seats at the pool by placing an unused pool towel on a bunch of seats so they had a place to sit when they came down...
35 year old male with a moderate budget, traveling for leisure
Great room, much better then we had expected. Large front sitting room with sleeper sofa and separate TV. Nice kitchen. Nice huge bathroom. Enjoyable view of the ocean from the south side. Convenient location being right on the beach with the added benefit of numerous stores and places to dine all with in walking distance.
Being October, most of the summer season stores were closed, but there were still plenty of year round places open for business to make the stay very enjoyable. Add to that, the water was plenty warm for swimming and an empty town made the trip very enjoyable. No crowds, no hassles, large comfortable room, nice weather. We ended up extending our trip by an extra day and still got the same low rate.
The staff at the hotel was wonderful. In fact, once we had left, I had forgotten my mobile phone power adapter. One simple call to the hotel and they were kind enough to have it in the mail the same day! It practically got home quicker than we did. We will definitely stay here again!

It was well located for my needs. A little over priced for a high school graduation, but was neat and clean and I enjoyed the facilities. The employees were very courteous and helpful.
There wasn't a lot of traffic in the room’s walkways. There weren't a lot of outside non-guests roaming the hotel. There were no disturbances during our stay.
I am somewhat likely
to return to the Holiday Inn Hotel & Suites OCEAN CITY.
I might recommend it to friends.

Like another reviewer, we also switched to this hotel from another bad one. I never knew a Holiday Inn could be so nice. It was clean and beautifu. Would only stay here when goint to Ocean...

Good
The hotel was great. Wonderful suite with an outstanding location. Only issue is I was charged a weekend rate for a week night. This was corrected with a phone call.
