They were sterile, and fake. No one on the staff seem to be real people. Except the maid service, they seemed to be nice people.

The water park was very nice and we enjoyed the stay.
This hotel made me feel comfortable: There was an indoor waterpark with lots of comfortable seating. Also, one night there was a pizza buffet that was free, which was really nice. There was a lounge chair in the room that was very comfortable. Also, the beds were great.

I was pleasantly surprised.
This hotel made me feel sophisticated: This was a more upscale Holiday Inn than expected. The restaurant provided high level of service and quality (especially for dinner).
