It was a wonderful hotel. The front desk people were extremely nice and helpful with directions. We enjoyed it.

This hotel made me feel respected: The staff listened to our questions and gave quick, accurate answers.

I am very likely to return to the Holiday Inn Hotel and Suites Downtown.
I would definitely recommend it to friends.
