The staff was super friendly and helpful with everything! The pools were pretty small. I wouldn't stay there with my kids but it was perfect for a weekend with the girls! It's right in the middle of downtown centrally located between everything...

The holiday inn is known as a family destination. The holiday inn in duluth is no exception. A few friends and I traveled to duluth form the twin cities area for a long weekend to catch up and have a guys weekend. I was a little wary about staying...
47 year old female with a moderate budget, traveling for leisure
The staff very helpful, friendly and efficient. The hotel has swimming pool, a hot tub and a kiddy pool. There is an attached ramp for guest parking and access to the skywalk system for getting most anywhere in the city without having to go outside during inclement weather.
At check in they gave us their full attention and when there was a lighting problem in the room they responded immediately.
I am very likely
to return to the Holiday Inn Hotel & Suites DULUTH-DOWNTOWN WATERFRONT.
I would definitely recommend it to friends.

The room was not clean. There was hair in the shower and the sink and the soap was already opened and used. The electrical outlets did not work properly. It took a great deal of time to check in and out.

Hotel was just OK - below our expectations of a Holiday Inn. NOT within walking distance of Canal Park (Other side of the freeway), beds were very hard, no free breakfast (As advertised). Two pools, but only one small hot tub for a large hotel. ...
