Our worst experience ever at a hotel! Upon our evening arrival we gasped at a giant cockroach on the wall. The front desk said it was "just a palmetto bug, you are in South Carolina, you know". They offered us a free breakfast which consisted of cold eggs, cold coffee, warm milk. We had to call down 3 times to have our door fixed and several times for other things that were missing from our room including towels. It generally took several requests before we could get anything resolved. Noisy hallways. In general, staff was apathetic. When we asked for info about the area we were told to go to a gas station! Skip this one. There are several other hotels in the area including 2 right across the street.

This hotel has hidden fees so check your credit card and is a nonsmoker hotel. You don't want to pay cash because you'll pay double the fee must be a stupid Sc blue law. Pay close attention to you bill.

Modern contemporary look, upscale.Air Condition unit kind of noisy. This is a very nice, upscale hotel and gives you a very safe feel about it. Interior of the room far exceeded my expectation.

My room was clean.It was totally under construction, inside and out. It has lots of potential, but I was probably the only one renting there. If they would invite me back when it is finished I could change my opinion. The breakfast buffet wasn't...

Our reservation said non-smoking, and we got smoking. The smoke wouldn't get out of the room for days. This used to be a Ramada and it's falling apart, everything's worn and torn. The fitness center and pool were closed, but their breakfast was good, though.

Lobby was nice. Cleanliness ok.There were many maintenance problems. Lights, elevators, ice machines all were not working. The hotel looked run down. This was what appeared to be a Ramada Inn that had changed ownership. There were many problems....
