As the title says, this resort was originally built as a Townhouse Complex but for one reason or another a Holiday Inn Franchisee bought the property and did some minor conversions to make it a Hotel. I've never stayed in a Hotel that offers 2 floor ...

We came to this "hotel" last year just in time for the annual swarming of the termites. The Lampshade in our room looked like it had hair growing on it.The staff came to our room with a vacuum to suck them all up. Now that's a vacation...

We stayed here a night so the kids could do the beach thing at the end of a Disney trip. Staff was wonderful, made me feel like I was a VIP at check-in. Restaurant was great, had a wonderful steak there. Great location, took maybe 3 mins to walk to...
Always helpful staff. Suites are excellent size for a family. Relaxed atmosphere and our room overlooking the marina was excellent. The Restaurants nearby are excellent The Pool area is always very clean and never too crowded.
