52 year old male with a moderate budget, traveling for leisure

In order to enter my non smoking room, I had to walk through the smoking section of the hotel. The hallways smelt of cigarettes.

I am somewhat likely to return to the Holiday Inn Hotel and Suites Boston Peabody.
I might recommend it to friends.

The billing was corrected after numerous calls to the hotel

I am not likely to return to the Holiday Inn Hotel and Suites Boston Peabody.

I found staff at this hotel extremely friendly, warm, and helpful.

Every breakfast was a pleasure and the dining room staff was welcoming and pleasant upon my arrival for breakfast. Having Carraba's restaurant next door is a real plus.

If I’m ever in Peabody again, I would stay at this Holiday Inn.
