My sister n law recently was married at this location and it was so classy and so breathtaking. The waterfalls in the hotel were surrounding them as they said their I Do's.

We recently took a trip from Colorado Springs to Beaumont for a wedding. I booked the trip through cheaptickets.com.
When we arrived at the local airport, and went to pick up our rental car, we were informed that even though we had paid for our car already with a prepaid debit card, AVIS would not take the card for the car. This was not explained between the time I paid for the trip and car, and the time we arrived. In fact, the cashier had my keys ready when I got there! This left myself, my wife, our 3 year old, and our 8 month old stranded at the airport, since no other rental car companies would take a prepaid card either!
While I was on my phone trying to work out at least a refund with cheaptickets, (they refunded my $, by the way, but not until about 4 days after we got home), my wife called your hotel to see if they could send a shuttle.
The manager on duty, Beverly, did not have a bellhop, so she herself drove the shuttle to get us, and called the room twice to see if there was anything she could do to help with our car situation. We finally had a local friend rent a car for us, but I wanted again to thank Beverly, and inform you that your hotel was outstanding, as was the staff! Although we will not do business with cheaptickets or AVIS again, we will recommend your hotel to anyone we can.

The services was outstanding! We felt we were #1 during our stay. Staff went out of their way to make things happen for us. Would stay there again in a heartbeat. Our of all the facilities we have used this hotel/staff have again proved to be the best. The only recommendation would be to have a small safe in each room for valuables.

It was awesome, great and very accommodating!
I requested that they accommodate a dinner party for 45 people with less than 12 hours notice and that we have a private room with no restrictions on the menu and separate checks. They did a stellar job of providing waitresses and staff.
