Holiday Inn Hotel and Suites Anaheim Hotel - Page 2

I made reservations for a king bed, no-smoking suite at the holiday inn and suites in Jan 07 for a 2 day stay in May 07. They billed my credit card in Jan 07. On the day of my reservation, they tell me that the hotel cancelled my suite reservation. No known reason. Hotel cannot make accommodations, will give 2 bed room/smoking for a higher rate. I have been staying at this hotel for the past 5 years during a convention. What a bunch of bull.

I am treated like family at this hotel, not a customer! They bend over backwards to make me feel comfortable.

This hotel made me feel relaxed: They made sure all my needs were met.

It was a nice place to stay. We enjoyed our stay while visiting in Anaheim.

This was a very shabby and dirty hotel.

From the minute we stepped into the lobby, we knew that the rooms were not going to be what they appeared to be on the website. The carpets were filthy and everything was old and outdated. Also, when I called prior to our arrival, I was told that the hotel offered a free shuttle to and from Disneyland. Not so, it is $3 per person, each way. Luckily, it's only about a 15-20 minute walk.

We will not be returning to this hotel. I suggest a remodel, soon!

It was a good hotel. I did not stay very much at the hotel as we were mainly at Disneyland. However, the hotel was nice, but it was not anything extraordinary about it.

It’s in a fantastic location, it’s an easy walk to Disneyland, so don't bother with the shuttle bus. No complaints about the rooms or facilities, everything was clean and well maintained. The staff was wonderful, so friendly and willing to help with advice, directions and organizing tours and transfers.

We did miss not having a fridge, but we made do by creating a makeshift icebox in our sink! It was no hassle, and we bought a case of Pepsi cans and some milk at the service station just up the road. We also bought cereal there so our breakfasts were covered cheaply and easily.

Their fitness facilities were limited, but all were in good working order, and were nice and clean. We didn't go in the pool or spa, but they looked popular so I'm assuming they were good.

No complaints at all about this hotel. As long as you don't go expecting 5 star luxury the whole way, you won't be disappointed. We would definitely choose to stay here again should we return.

This was a nice place. The hotel did not have my type of reserved room available upon check in. However, the front desk staff immediately upgraded me to a better room.

My room was clean. The service was prompt. The staff was friendly. I would recommend for attractions convenient to Hotel. The price was reasonable.

The hotel was in a good location away from busy main Disneyland gates but only a five-minute shuttle ride. I had everything I needed and would stay there again.

The location of the hotel was very convenient next to Disneyland. However, it is still too far to walk to the park. Towels and bedding were thin. Room service food was okay. The maid service was exceptional.

This was a good hotel for the money. We had a suite and it was very spacious. It was perfect for traveling with small children. The shuttle to Disneyland worked out well for us.

This hotel has a great staff and a good bartender. They were efficient.
