The hotel had a great location for one night stay since I had to be at the airport early next morning. I liked the friendly staff and the fast shuttle service.
I am very likely
to return to the Holiday Inn Hotel & Suites Albuquerque Airport-Univ Area.
I would definitely recommend it to friends.

We stayed here two nights in April (4/12 and 4/28, two different rooms). On both occasions the mattress cover and bottom sheet came loose from the top of the bed in the middle of the night. I had to get up and remake the bed! Either the bedding is so worn it won't hold and/or the housekeeping staff needs more training. In addition the ice and soft drink machines were very noisy. The staff was OK, but not anything special as to service. This place is anything but "select."

The restaurant service was horrible and the food was inedible. The dishes were dirty and the tables were dirty. We waited twenty minutes to be greeted and over an hour to get the food and then we could not eat it. The bar service was slow and the glasses were not clean.
I am not likely
to return to the Holiday Inn Hotel & Suites Albuquerque Airport-Univ Area.
I would not recommend it to friends.

The hotel room was fine and the staff was helpful. The dining room was horrible. All tables had dirty dishes and food on them, even though the diners had left. We waited twenty minutes until someone cleared our table and brought us menus, then waited forty five minutes for the food, which was cold, to be brought to us on dirty dishes. We tried a few bites because we were starving, but we could not eat it and had to leave and go to a fast food restaurant. We checked with business associates who were there the same weekend, and found out that they had the same experience with the restaurant.

The employees made sure that what we required from restaurants to time schedules was done without hesitation and if they didn't know something they quickly found out.

All the employees (to include the general manager and the shuttle driver) went out of their way to make my stay pleasant. I would definitely stay here again.
