Holiday Inn Hotel and Suites Hotel - Page 1

I didn't actually stay here but my good friend took her 3 grandkids to this place and will never be back. She isn't really the computer savvy type so I told her I would make a review for her. Don't waste your time or money on this one. The water was freezing cold. The food was horrible and when it says "kids eat free"..BEWARE!!! It means with two paid expensive adult entrees! Her granddaughter of 8 yrs fell in the room and hit her leg on the coffee table and had to get stitches. The coffee table had very sharp corners, not very family friendly. When she made out an incident report, the staff was more concerned about their bloody sheets than her injury. No complimentary passes or sorry's from this group. Just get the bloody sheets changed, and in with the next poor schmucks! Take my word for it, my friend is extremely trustworthy and would never say anything that wasn't true. I'd travel up to Sandusky before I'd go here.
