It was fine for the two days we were there.

The rooms were clean. It was not bad at all and the hotel suited my purposes.

It was convenient for a Christmas party, the rooms were clean, but they gave us a poolside room and it was quite noisy. Otherwise I hade no problems with staying at this hotel at all.

The location was excellent, on the skywalk system. The service and room quality was excellent.

The location is awesome, but the comfort is lacking and the service could be better. There were lots of surly teenagers. There are other places in town, some much nicer that charge less. This hotel is overpriced for the amenities and the service provided.

This hotel made me feel practical: It was just a place to stay, nothing fancy, with no extras. It was located centrally so it was easy to get to all the areas of the city by car.

The location is fine and the service is ok. They do not have newspapers available in hotel other than USA Today.

The stay was nice. Parking was very convenient and it was set up in an interesting way.

The location was convenient to St. Mary's hospital and Benedictine Health Care Center and that was the main reason for staying there. I also used this Holiday Inn hotel on previous visits and I was entirely satisfied. I liked the wi-fi availability but it did not always work from the rooms in the back of the hotel.

The room was clean and comfortable. Parking was easy and check in was smooth.

The place was clean and all were very polite. Service was right there. The pool was very clean. For as busy as this place was, all was good, clean, and very friendly.

This hotel made me feel welcome: I was treated as if I was the only person there. The people were very friendly. They had a friendly smile about them.

This hotel is in a great location and has a connection via skywalks to the convention center. However, the sports bar/casual restaurant had terrible service both times we ate there and poor food quality. But the formal dining restaurant was good.

The pillows were the most comfortable pillows I have ever had in a hotel. The pool area was phenomenal and it is centrally located.

The location was perfect for the business I needed. The staff was very helpful and the shuttle service was fantastic.

The restaurant staff was very rude and out of patience the entire weekend. The pool was not clean, there were kids running everywhere and no one to take care of them. The vending machines were out of stock of everything. It was not very pleasant.

The hotel met the basic needs, but in no way did it go out of its way to provide that little something extra , which is fine it you're not expecting much.

This hotel made me feel relaxed: Very comfortable atmosphere, with an amazing view of the waterfront.

It was a great hotel for a great price. I find Holiday Inn to be my hotel of choice.
