We were in a smoke free room yet it had a very smoked filled scent to it that I found offensive. Also, we ordered breakfast room service in which you hang the order on the door and they are to deliver it the morning, we never received our food.

The only thing I didn't like was that the price of the menu in the hotel restaurant was kind of high.

I will never stay at a Holiday Inn again! There was soap scum in the bath tub, the window wouldn't open at all, and for $89 a night in that low-quality hotel, you would think parking would be included... We had to pay $14 a day to park!
