Horrible
To start off, the staff was very impolite to us when we arrived in the lobby. We tried to check in, but it turns out that they gave both our rooms away because we were "late" - however we had already booked in advance and paid for the entire stay...
I just wanted to let people know that we recently began a shuttle service from the hotel to the 178th Street subway station in NYC. There are also return trips at night. Cost is $6 per person each way. If you have any questions please do not hesitate to contact us.

After driving for 8 hours it was nice to receive a quick check in. Only problem; we reserved King Size and got 2 doubles!? Couldn't be changed as the rooms are assigned at check in time!?? Waiters/Chef were very slow. Dinner took 1 hour to arrive at ...

We stayed here over new year, it was a late decision to go to new york for new year so we could get a hotel more central. This hotel was advertised to be fairly close to mahanttan but it wasn't, it took about 45 mins to get there after catching a bus and the metro. Or about $80 in a taxi. When the bus drops you off it is on the otherside of the highway. a three lane road so you have to get off at the next stop which means you have to walk about 15mins to the hotel. The area didn't feel very safe to be walking around in. There was no tourist information in the hotel but the staff at the reception were fairly helpful. The bar in the hotel was expensive and the staff could have been a little more friendly. The rooms themselves were clean and simple. There was free internet at the hotel which was good.

This is a good place to stay for someone who is visiting New York by car. The hotel is located conveniently near GWB and you can hop-into freeways to the Bronx, Queens and Manhattan. It has ample free parking. Service from the housekeeping staff...

Our stay at the Holiday in in Ft Lee was exceptional. The rooms were extremely clean and comfortable. I would definitely recommend this hotel. It was a very enjoyable stay.
The check in and check out service was very quick and easy. The rooms were clean and comfortable, which made it easy to relax.
