We ate Thanksgiving dinner in the banquet facilities with a party of about 20. We enjoyed the evening of fun and relaxation in the pool facilities. Four of us adults stayed the night in a double room.

The manager on duty was very rude and inept at problem solving. A serious situation was ignored. I, as a guest, was limited to hotel amenities. The bill was presented to me with the wrong name on it, and there was no discount offered.
