male with a moderate budget, traveling for leisure
Having booked our specific rooms 2 months in advance, and confirming them 2 days prior to our arrival, we were informed upon check-in that "rooms are never reserved". This despite the fact that we have had the same rooms for the past 6 years, while they were a Holiday Inn. We also requested a quote on what the room rates were, as this had also been told to us during our confirmation, but the Front Desk was unwilling to provide us with this information during check-in. Needless to say, we found other accomodations. But, be advised, if you have difficulties with this privately owned hotel, they also own the Travel Lodge across the street.

WhenI lost my purse they returned it. They all spoke to my children in a kind manner.Small soft beds. The location was great. Friendly. We hate at the hotel and they were all nice with our four children. HBO was nice to share a movie with the kids.

Beds were made by 11 AM.Pool was closed for the season but then it was after labor day. This hotel was comfortable, clean and the staff was friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay there again without hesitation.

It was right next to the Jenny Wade house and in the heart of town. Plus I think our room was haunted.The driveway direction is odd - kind of confusing. Location is awesome - highly recommended.
