The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was ok, I had trouble at one point smelling the smoke from other rooms, but other than that, it was ok.

I am very likely to return to the Holiday Inn Gallipolis.
I might recommend it to friends.

The service was very good and the room was in very good condition. There had been updates made to the hotel since I last stayed there which made my stay better than expected.

This hotel made me feel comfortable: The new bedding was great.

I am somewhat likely to return to the Holiday Inn Gallipolis.
I might recommend it to friends.

The location was off the main highway and had easy access to it. The rooms were comfortable and very clean. Service was excellent and the personnel were very friendly.

I am not likely to return to the Holiday Inn Gallipolis.
I would not recommend it to friends.
